Monitoring and incidents
An alert is not a resolved incident.
Monitoring means detecting a deviation. What matters next: triaging it, handling it within the agreed time, then restoring service or bringing in the right party.

Managed servers.
Do I need to change hosting provider to work with FIXWEB?
No. We manage your infrastructure where it is: AWS, OVHcloud, Google Cloud, Azure, Scaleway, dedicated servers or VPS. If it no longer meets your needs, we can host it on our private cloud, in Paris.
How quickly do you respond?
Every contract includes a guaranteed response time and a 3-hour guaranteed restoration time. With CRITICAL, critical support is provided 24/7.
Is the application included in server management?
We handle the application operations set out in the contract: documented procedures, checks, restarts and authorized deployments. Business code remains the responsibility of your application team. The BUSINESS plan adds application expertise, updates and support as your application evolves.
Managed websites and web applicationsCan you take over an existing server?
Yes. We start by reviewing the current setup: inventory, access, configuration, backups. Then we bring the server under monitoring and fix whatever needs fixing.
Is DDoS protection part of managed services?
Managed services cover the security of your servers: hardening, patches, access and monitoring. Absorbing a DDoS attack depends on the network hosting them: it is a separate service, which we handle independently.
